Scientific Associate, Technical Operations

Overview

In this role you will support the delivery of accurate, compliant lab and operations activities across tissue handling, testing, and product lifecycle work. You will help ensure regulatory readiness and product quality while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You operate within a global, collaborative team and play a part in bringing diagnostic solutions to clinicians and patients. Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory and operational activities supporting product quality, compliance, and lifecycle management
• Maintain regulatory compliance, quality standards, and accurate technical documentation
• Support continuous improvement, investigations, and operational excellence initiatives
• Contribute to successful delivery of NPI, PLCM, and business-critical Technical Operations programmes

Key requirements

• Relevant scientific qualification (BSc or MSc) in a scientific discipline
• Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment, following approved procedures, maintaining accurate records, and complying with quality and regulatory requirements
• Strong laboratory and operational capability, with the ability to complete activities accurately, safely, and to quality and timeline expectations
