Business Analyst (Compliance)

We are working with a leading London Market insurance broker to secure an experienced contract Business Analyst for a regulatory and compliance change programme focused on strengthening KYC, AML and client onboarding processes.

The Role

• Engaging Compliance, Financial Crime and Operations stakeholders to capture requirements
• Mapping current and future state processes across onboarding, due diligence and periodic review
• Performing gap analysis against FCA requirements, the Money Laundering Regulations and sanctions obligations
• Writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Supporting KYC remediation activity and system enhancements
• Planning and supporting user acceptance testing

About You

• Proven BA experience within the London Market
• Strong, hands on experience of KYC, AML or financial crime change
• Solid understanding of the UK regulatory framework
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• Available at short notice is preferred
