DeloitteTalent Solutions are seeking anexperienced Business Process Architecture Project Manager at Director level to join a major transformation programme within a leading financialservices organisation.
Aboutthe role
Thisis an exciting opportunity for a highly capable Project Manager with strong businessprocess architecture and Financial Crime experience to support alarge-scale change agenda. You will work closely with senior stakeholdersacross the business, helping to drive delivery, alignment, and execution acrossa complex transformation environment.
Key Accountabilities
Weare looking for someone who can bring structure, leadership, and strongdelivery capability to a fast-paced environment.
Youwill be comfortable navigating complexity, influencing senior leaders, andhelping shape process-led change across a major programme, demonstrableexperience working at a similar level, within a similar role.
Skills/experience:
- Proven Business Process Architecture experience
- Experiencewithin a large bank or financial services organisation
- Trackrecord of delivering on large-scale transformation programmes
- Excellentpeople skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Understanding of costto serve is highly desirable
