Overview

In this role you will analyze sourcing opportunities and develop value capture strategies to improve cost performance and procurement effectiveness for clients. You will lead workstreams within our Operations Consulting practice, guiding junior colleagues and building strong client relationships. You will assess sourcing strategies, influence supplier performance, and contribute to digital procurement initiatives that enhance operational outcomes. This is a hands-on role at a leading firm where you shape procurement strategy and drive tangible savings and supplier collaboration at scale.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client sourcing and procurement needs to identify value capture opportunities and cost reduction levers
• Develop strategic sourcing approaches to improve supplier performance, procurement efficiency, and supply chain resilience
• Manage workstreams for procurement strategy, contract negotiation, and supplier selection
• Interpret spend, supplier, and market data to inform actionable recommendations
• Support contract management and compliance monitoring across sourcing initiatives
• Apply procurement software and e-procurement tools to streamline processes and increase visibility
• Assess supplier capabilities through evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, and forecasting inputs for sourcing initiatives
• Guide junior team members on task execution and deliverable preparation
• Build client relationships by anticipating needs and presenting clear insights

Key requirements
