Responsibilities

• Lead electrical building services design on a range of high-profile projects
• Manage project delivery from concept through to completion
• Act as the technical lead and mentor junior engineers
• Work closely with clients, architects and multidisciplinary design teams
• Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality standards
• Support business development activities and contribute to winning new work

Key requirements

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership
• Significant experience delivering electrical building services projects within a consultancy environment
• Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and industry standards
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
