Senior Director

Overview

In this role you will oversee and coordinate multiple programs to ensure they align with business objectives and deliver results on time and within budget. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive planning, governance, and continuous improvement across initiatives. You will monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate status and impact to stakeholders. This position offers the chance to influence large-scale programs and improve organizational effectiveness within the UK office.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of program initiatives aligned with company goals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to enable collaboration across projects
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Develop and maintain program documentation including plans, status reports, and communications
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on status and metrics
• Facilitate program meetings with clear agendas and actionable outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness

Key requirements

• Strong project management knowledge and experience with methodologies ( Agile, Waterfall )
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder influence
• Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on delivering results
• Bachelor-level education and 10–15 years of program/project management experience
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams
