Overview
In this role you ensure adherence to Depositary policies while supporting seamless client delivery in the Citco Bank compliance function. You monitor cash activity and track investment restrictions, and perform independent NAV reviews to maintain accuracy. You’ll assist during on-site inspections and contribute to a controls-focused environment, providing data for KPIs and timely issue escalation. The role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and opportunities to drive process improvements within a global bank.

Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Depositary policies and procedures
- Monitor client cash accounts for investment and borrowing restrictions
- Perform independent Net Asset Valuation reviews
- Assist during on-site inspections and audits
- Maintain a controls-focused oversight to fulfil depositary obligations
- Provide data for KPI development and departmental reporting
- Liaise with other departments to record and resolve errors/breaches; escalate to management as needed
- Identify and propose procedural enhancements and support process improvement initiatives
- Provide ad-hoc project support
Key requirements
- 1-3 years of fund admin or depositary/custody/trustee experience
- Knowledge of Private Equity / Hedge Funds and prime broker arrangements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal effectiveness
- Ability to work both in a team and autonomously
