The Job in a Nutshell:
Essentially, your job will be to take charge of mechanical engineering projects, making sure everything runs smoothly from initial handover right through to completion.
You’ll be managing a variety of commercial mechanical fit-out and HVAC projects, overseeing budgets, procurement, subcontractors, installation programmes and client relationships.
The company operates across ventilation, fabrication and mechanical fit-out, so you’ll have plenty of variety and the opportunity to work on interesting projects across different mechanical disciplines.
You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, coordinating engineers, suppliers and site teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Should You Apply?
We think candidates with proven Project Management experience within mechanical engineering, HVAC, building services or construction should apply.
After reviewing the requirements, if you’ve successfully managed mechanical projects, coordinated subcontractors and maintained control over budgets, procurement and programmes, you’ll have a strong chance of being successful.
We’re particularly interested in speaking with:
Mechanical Project Managers experienced in delivering commercial mechanical installations.
HVAC Project Managers with strong knowledge of ventilation, heating and mechanical systems.
Mechanical Engineers or Building Services professionals who have progressed into project management.
You’ll need strong commercial awareness, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to manage clients, contractors and internal teams.
Knowledge of building regulations, health and safety and relevant industry standards is important, alongside a full UK or Irish driving licence.
A mechanical engineering qualification or strong technical background in HVAC and mechanical installations would be advantageous.
