Consultant – Global Commercial Leadership Team

Overview

In this Consultant role within BIP Group’s Global Commercial Team, you support international commercial activity through research, analysis and coordination. You will work with cross-border stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights and produce leadership-ready materials. The role emphasizes responsible AI usage to improve workflows and decision-making. Responsibilities

• Conduct structured research on clients, markets and competitors to inform commercial priorities
• Gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to derive clear findings and recommendations
• Prepare leadership-ready materials and concise opportunity summaries
• Support commercial planning and performance reporting with accurate information
• Coordinate workstreams and deadlines across countries and practices to keep momentum
• Engage with senior stakeholders across cultures and backgrounds
• Support opportunity development through research, qualification, proposals and follow-up actions
• Identify and propose improvements to delivery quality and efficiency
• Apply AI and digital tools to enhance research, analysis and workflows
• Share learnings and contribute to responsible AI use across the team

Key requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in at least one additional language
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving abilities
