Technical Senior CRM Executive

Overview

In this role you will own hands-on build work for complex transactional and triggered email campaigns, supporting an AI-enabled CRM and growing subscription communications. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to document builds, optimize QA, and drive data-driven lifecycle initiatives. You’ll work across teams to keep customer-critical communications reliable and scalable, with a focus on automation and growth. This is a technical IC role that combines hands-on execution with strategic impact in a fast-growing, subscription-led business.

Responsibilities

• Build and own complex transactional and triggered emails using HTML, CSS, and Liquid
• Own QA for campaigns and explore sustainable QA solutions
• Write SQL for audience segmentation and data pulls
• Leverage AI-assisted SQL drafting/checking to speed up segmenting
• Document API triggers with Product and Engineering and maintain clear build logic
• Modify AppsFlyer testing setup and support deep-linking across channels
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering to align priorities and enable automation
• Support peak periods (e.g., Black Friday/C Cyber Monday and Christmas) with higher build volume
• Contribute to a knowledge base and mentor others in technical CRM skills

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience building transactional and triggered email campaigns with HTML, CSS, and Liquid
• SQL skills for segmentation and data pulls
• Experience with CRM/email platforms and API integrations
• Experience with AppsFlyer or similar attribution/testing setup
• Data-driven mindset and collaborative, cross-functional working style
