Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a range of structural projects across sectors
• Provide technical leadership and design oversight
• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Support client relationships and business development

• Oversee refurbishment and recladding projects
• Ensure compliance with UK engineering standards and regulations

Key requirements

• Chartered MIStructE or MICE
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a UK university
• At least 10 years’ UK experience
• Experience with refurbishment and recladding projects
• Strong communication, leadership, and commercial awareness
