Reward Consultant

Overview

As Reward Consultant, you support and shape reward and benefits programmes to attract, retain, and engage colleagues across the UK. You collaborate with experienced reward professionals to deliver competitive practices and provide data-driven guidance to leadership. You will run annual reward activities, lead projects, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations that align with business needs. This role offers visibility across governance, reporting, and continuous improvement within a purpose-driven rewards function.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of annual reward activities including salary reviews and bonus processes
• Provide reward consultancy and technical expertise to business leaders and HR
• Lead and support reward projects from planning to implementation
• Undertake job evaluation activity and analyse reward data and market trends
• Provide recommendations to support decision-making
• Contribute to governance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across reward

Key requirements

• Experience in a reward, compensation or benefits environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Experience supporting salary, bonus or benefits review cycles
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience delivering reward projects or initiatives
• Understanding of reward market practices and trends
• Ability to prioritise competing demands and meet tight deadlines
• Hay Job Evaluation experience would be advantageous
