About the RoleTRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Estimator to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.

This is a key role within the pre-construction team, responsible for leading estimates across complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and prepare detailed cost estimates for major infrastructure works
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Engage with the supply chain to obtain accurate pricing
• Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering options
• Support bid submissions and commercial strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within civils or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and pricing structures
• Experience on major projects or within regulated environments
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills
