Hybrid In-House Legal Counsel: Contracts, Governance & AI

DWF is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Group Legal team in Manchester, providing in-house support across commercial contracts, corporate matters and governance. Reporting to the Group General Counsel, you will deliver practical, commercially focused advice and contribute to policy development.

The role is hybrid, with a minimum of one day per week in either the Liverpool or Manchester office. We are flexible for the right candidate.
