Mobile Team Leader

Overview

In this role you will lead front-line mobile cleaning teams across Scotland to deliver high-quality services in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate schedules, ensure we meet SLAs and KPIs, and support the team through onboarding and coaching. You’ll perform audits and site surveys while upholding Health & Safety standards. This position offers growth within a leading UK facilities management business and comes with a company vehicle and modern equipment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive reliable, customer-focused cleaning operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work schedules for mobile cleaning teams
• Liaise with central helpdesk to allocate and respond to jobs
• Ensure works meet SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations
• Lead, coach and onboard/train operatives
• Conduct audits and site surveys
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance

Key requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Experience managing mobile/front-line cleaning or service teams (desirable)
• Experience in Soft FM (ideally Cleaning)
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work
