Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing employment practice in London
• Advise on complex and high-value matters: senior executive issues, TUPE/restructures, employment litigation, corporate support/transactional employment
• Drive business development, manage client relationships, and contribute to firm-wide strategy
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers
• Collaborate with Partners across corporate, commercial, and regulatory teams
