Overview

In this role you will build scalable SaaS products as part of a high-performing cross-functional team. You’ll blend hands-on software engineering with AI-assisted coding to rapidly turn ideas into MVPs, while upholding quality, security, and robust architecture. You’ll collaborate with the CTO and stakeholders to translate business challenges into practical tech solutions and help shape the product backlog. The opportunity focuses on delivering high-impact software at pace within a scaling startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop full stack features using C# and TypeScript on Azure
• Leverage AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude) to accelerate delivery while maintaining ownership of architecture
• Guide the software lifecycle from design to production, including CI/CD and automated testing
• Collaborate with CTO and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog for lean delivery and user-focused outcomes
• Maintain high standards for performance, security, and maintainability across systems
• Champion best engineering practices and ensure reliable deployments and production processes

Key requirements

• Strong C# and TypeScript skills
• Good knowledge of Azure cloud services
• Experience with full stack development and SaaS products
• Comfort using agentic AI to code (Cursor and Claude)
• Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration ability
• Degree educated in a STEM discipline
