Delivery Lead — Hybrid, End-to-End Banking Change

Gatehouse Bank plc is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to own complex change initiatives within a hybrid working model. You will coordinate Business Analysts, Change Managers, IT and partners to deliver regulatory and technology-enabled change from mobilisation through to implementation and handover.

You’ll influence delivery culture, steer multi-stream plans and manage risks while keeping senior stakeholders informed of progress, trade-offs and outcomes.
