EMEA Franchise Operations Lead & Playbook

SKIMS seeks an Operations Manager, Franchise – EMEA to drive growth and operational excellence across its franchise network in EMEA. You will translate SKIMS’ global standards into scalable local procedures and lead collaboration with HQ and franchise partners.

You will own the Franchise Operations Playbook, oversee new store openings, SOPs, audits, and performance reviews to ensure consistent brand execution across markets. Travel across EMEA is expected.
