Infrastructure Finance Associate (4-7 PQE)
We are working with a leading US law firm on a position within their highly ranked infrastructure finance practice in their London office. The position is ideally suited to a 5-6 PQE Associate, though they will consider candidates at 4 and 7 PQE.
You will be working on infrastructure acquisition financings and refinancings, acting for both infrastructure sponsors and finance providers. Matters span bank lending, European institutional funding, US private placements and multi-creditor common terms platforms, often combining senior and junior debt.
The team works across a broad range of infrastructure assets, including digital infrastructure, energy and energy transition, transport and airports, and utilities. Clients include leading infrastructure funds, banks and institutional lenders on large, frequently cross-border European transactions. This is an opportunity to join a market-leading team where associates take real ownership of deals and work closely with partners.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with:
- 4-7 years PQE in infrastructure finance, acquisition finance or leveraged finance with an infrastructure focus
- Experience on infrastructure acquisition financings or refinancings, for sponsors and/or lenders
- Background at a leading City or US law firm
- England & Wales qualified
