The successful candidate will be expected to handle a caseload consisting of:

• Wills
• Probate
• Estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Advising executors and beneficiaries
• Estate and succession planning

This firm are looking for a solicitor with a proven record of handling their own caseload containing the above matters. They should possess strong organisational skills and excellent client care.
