Regional Director

We are looking for a Regional Director to build and lead a region alongside exceptional Principals – connecting senior talent, creating opportunities and shaping a high-calibre community.

What You’ll Do

• Build and lead a regional network of high-calibre Principals
• Identify, select and build relationships with exceptional senior operators
• Create opportunities for Principals to collaborate and grow their practices
• Represent TPG in your market and help shape the region from the ground up

What You Bring

• 15+ years of senior operating or commercial leadership
• A strong network among senior executives, owners and C-level leaders
• A track record of building relationships, businesses, teams or markets
• The credibility and judgement to work with accomplished independent executives
• The ambition to build something of your own – with exceptional people around you
