Area Service Manager (ASM)

We’re looking for an Area Service Manager (ASM) to join our Heathrow team, supporting the day-to-day management of our Lift and Escalator Engineers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, keeping operations running smoothly and working in a busy, safety-focused environment. The role As Assistant Service Manager, you’ll support the management of our engineering teams across Heathrow, helping to ensure work is planned effectively, customers are supported and our engineers have what they need to deliver a safe and reliable service. This is predominantly an office-based role at Heathrow, working closely with engineers and the wider operational team. What you’ll be doing

• Managing and supporting Lift and Escalator Engineers
• Coordinating day-to-day engineering activities and workload
• Supporting engineer performance, development and wellbeing
• Helping to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and on time
