Remote Junior Corporate Lawyer (3-Month Assignment)

Simmons & Simmons is seeking a junior corporate lawyer for a fully remote, three-month assignment to support a key client. You will be a qualified lawyer with 1–2 years PQE in corporate law and capable of working independently with guidance from a sponsoring Partner.

You will review and draft contracts, contribute to a fast-moving team, and meet tight deadlines while leveraging the firm’s resources and Know-how during the assignment.
