Remote Transaction Counsel – Private Markets & NAV Lending

Tangible is a fast-growing, tech-enabled platform delivering liquidity solutions to LPs and GPs in private markets. This remote contract role sits in the Legal & Transaction Services team, handling secondary transfers and NAV lending engagements across jurisdictions and counterparties.

You will draft and negotiate legal docs, interpret fund materials, coordinate multi-party closings, and drive onboarding and compliance workflows in a fast-moving environment.
