Defence Bid Coordinator (Hybrid)

Vincere is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join its Defence & Nuclear business unit. Hybrid work: 3 in-office days, 2 remote; 40 hours per week. You will support bid lifecycle activities, coordinate stakeholders and manage clarification responses, reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement.

The role offers essential exposure to bid management and business development workflows across multiple opportunities, with opportunities for future growth within the bid function.
