Compliance Administrator — Social Housing FM & CAFM

Equans is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our Bellshill team on a permanent basis. The role provides compliance administration support across a Social Housing M&E contract, ensuring statutory, regulatory, contractual, and client obligations are effectively managed and documented.

You will work with Contract Managers, Engineers, Subcontractors, and Clients to sustain compliant performance and safe service delivery.
