Overview

As a Washbay Operative, you ensure machines and attachments are cleaned to high standards and presented ready for use. You will work within the workshop environment to support cleanliness, safety, and efficient workflows. The role involves accurate documentation, QA compliance, and collaboration with internal teams and customers. You’ll contribute to the site’s quality, safety, and team-focused culture. This is a hands-on position with a clear impact on equipment readiness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean machines and attachments internally and externally using appropriate methods
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly
• Adhere to company policies and the Quality Assurance Manual
• Maintain washbay and surrounding areas to a clean, safe, and organized standard
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers
• Promote a positive health and safety culture and follow procedures in workshop and yard areas
• Undertake other duties as required by management
