Product Lead, AI Context for Code Agents

JetBrains is seeking a senior product leader to own JetBrains Context, a platform layer for AI-assisted development. You’ll define the product vision, work across engineering and ML teams on indexing, retrieval, and integrations with IDEs, Air, Junie, and more, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success on adoption.

You’ll translate strategy into concrete problems, prioritize roadmaps, and measure success with defined metrics while balancing cost, latency, and freshness.
