Responsibilities
- Provide electrical engineering support to platform systems and equipment (power generation, distribution, motors, detection and lighting)
- Support Platform management and monitoring systems
- Maintain design integrity across diverse contexts and programmes
- Support investigations, impact assessments, and integration analyses for projects
- Assist feasibility studies into potential platform and equipment changes
- Support safe implementation of design changes and ensure holistic integration across domains
- Support development of bids for engineering activities
Key requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent industry experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplined team
- Effective communication with stakeholders at appropriate technical levels
- Understanding of automation systems and ability to define requirements and collaborate with suppliers on platform management systems
