Project Manager

Overview

As Senior Project Manager, you drive large, complex technical initiatives in a professional services setting. You balance stakeholder interests, guide cross‑functional teams, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with high quality. You’ll lead scope, risk, and profitability analyses while coordinating multi‑stream work and maintaining strong client and internal relationships. This role offers impact through disciplined execution and continuous improvement aligned with our methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of multiple large, complex projects with several work streams
• Create and maintain in‑depth WBS and identify interdependencies and critical path
• Develop and execute internal/external communication plans across management levels
• Monitor, report on, and communicate project progress to stakeholders
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Plan and allocate resources across a portfolio of projects
• Apply PM tools and techniques to improve execution and drive efficiencies
• Implement engagement reviews and quality assurance per methodology
• Ensure profitability and successful execution as measured by regional goals and customer feedback
• Proactively manage changes in project scope
• Develop and implement risk management plans
• Analyze profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization across projects
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of all deliverables across projects

Key requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in project management in a technology industry
• Experience managing client expectations, vendor terms, and internal resource alignment
• Proven leadership in delivering project deliverables
• Budget management, financial analysis, and profitability tracking
• Strong analytical thinking and risk/issue resolution skills
• Independent work ethic with ability to track to timelines and prioritize multiple projects
• Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience delivering project management in a professional services environment
• Proficiency in project management software
