Protocol Education is working with a number of welcoming nurseries and early years settings across BS4 who are looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Nursery Assistants to join their teams as soon as possible.
You don’t need a formal childcare qualification to apply. If you have experience working with children through childcare, coaching, youth work, family support, play schemes, healthcare, or similar environments, we’d love to hear from you.
A background in paediatric care or paediatric training would be a fantastic bonus, but it is not essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for people who are passionate about supporting children’s development and creating positive early learning experiences.
The Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you could be:
- Supporting children aged 0-5 with their learning and development
- Engaging children through play-based activities
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes and outdoor play
- Supporting children’s social, emotional and commun
