Mercor is seeking a Propulsion & Effects Engineer for a remote contract role. You will write prompts on propulsion and energetic materials, evaluate AI model responses, and develop reference answers with technical reasoning to guide safe and effective AI behavior.
Applicants should have hands-on experience in munitions or warhead design, propulsion system testing, and terminal effects modelling, with familiarity in fuzing and initiation system engineering.
