Places for People is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to join our Regional Commercial Team, supporting live residential developments across Kent and West Sussex. You’ll be site-based and report to the Regional Commercial Team, with regular London office days, ensuring procurement aligns with programme delivery and cost control.
You will manage material schedules, take-offs from drawings, negotiate supplier agreements, and build strong supplier relationships to drive value.
