Chief Underwriting Officer — London Syndicate Leader

Munich Re Specialty – Global Markets in London seeks a Chief Underwriting Officer to lead underwriting strategy, performance and execution for the London platform, including the Lloyd’s syndicate. The role reports to the regional CEO and acts as a senior technical escalation point for complex decisions.

You will oversee ~6 direct reports and a broader team of ~120 underwriters, shaping a sustainable strategy and external broker relationships while partnering with risk and compliance teams.
