HR Operations Specialist – Part-Time (UK Payroll & Benefits)

Mirabaud Group is seeking an HR Operations Specialist for a part-time (60-80%) fixed-term contract of 6 months in London. You will oversee HR operations, payroll, benefits, and compliance, supporting onboarding, transfers, leavers, and policy updates across the UK and Europe.

The role requires strong HR administration expertise, English fluency, and familiarity with local labor laws. A 2+ year track record in HR admin within financial services is preferred; French language skills are a plus.
