Growth-Driven GTM & Revenue Operations Director

Carwow Group is seeking a Director, GTM & Revenue Operations to own the commercial operating model across Sell My Car and Get Your Car platforms. You’ll lead a small team, define targets and compensation, shape Salesforce usage, and drive cross-functional change with Analytics, Finance and Tech partners.

You’ll be responsible for forecasting, process enablement, tooling, and a unified operating model to scale revenue across marketplaces in a fast-growing environment.
