Technical Services Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead facilities maintenance, projects and day-to-day support for a designated area of the Red Bull Technology Campus. You’ll ensure uptime and adherence to safety and corporate standards while coordinating engineers, technicians and external contractors. You will act as the technical escalation point for breakdowns and oversee regulatory compliance, incident response and improvement projects. This is a high-visibility position in a fast-moving, world-class engineering environment where you help sustain critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, mechanical and building fabric maintenance to maintain uptime on critical equipment and processes
• Act as the technical escalation point for breakdowns
• Ensure regulatory compliance for building services management (e.g., Legionella, Asbestos, CDM)
• Manage external contractors and site improvement or plant replacement projects from scoping to delivery
• Lead on incident response for fire, security or other site incidents as part of the incident response team
• Provide on-call support for out-of-hours incidents
• Promote safe working practices and a positive HSE culture within the team and contractors
• Act as departmental facilities account manager for assigned departments and deputise for the Lead Manager
• Perform ad hoc facilities tasks for campus and remote sites

Key requirements

• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical and building services maintenance
• Experience managing contractors and industrial facilities projects
• Ability to lead incident response and work in a fast-moving environment
