Senior Residential Children’s Worker – Lead & Grow in Care

Shire Healthcare is recruiting a Senior Residential Children’s Worker for a children’s home in the Runcorn area. The role is permanent, 38 hours per week with sleep-ins, offering progression into leadership and Level 5 qualification.

You will support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, working in a nurturing environment with strong training and development opportunities.
