Senior Technical Project Manager – Salesforce

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of a large Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud transformation within a major commercial tech programme. You will coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers, govern the project, and manage risks to drive business and technology change. The position focuses on delivering complex technology transformation with strong stakeholder engagement. This contract role is London-based with three days onsite, offering a visible impact on a high-scale initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud transformation
• Establish and enforce project governance and RAID management
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver changes
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across the programme
• Ensure successful delivery of business and technology change within the programme

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud programmes
• Strong governance, planning and RAID management skills
• Experience managing complex technology transformation projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and implementation partners
