Senior PFI Asset Manager – Home-Based with Regional Travel

300 North Limited is recruiting a Senior PFI Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of operational PFI projects across the South of England. The role is home-based with regional travel and requires delivering day-to-day performance, governance and commercial outcomes.

You will manage contractual obligations, monitor payments, coordinate with Project Company Boards and external providers, and drive value across multiple schemes in a senior operational capacity.
