Head of AI Sales & Growth

Onecom is building Halo Pulse, a new AI sales business within the UK technology group. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll own Halo Pulse as a category, build the team that sells it, and drive measurable outcomes for customers.

You’ll lead an outcome-led sales process, design the team structure across AE, Solution Consultants and SDRs, and own the GTM strategy, packaging, pricing, and partnerships with Product and Technology.
