Senior Planning Lawyer – Infrastructure & DCOs

CapeClarke in Manchester is seeking a senior planning lawyer with around 4+ PQE to advise on planning, infrastructure, and highways matters for major developments, energy, transport and utilities projects.

The role involves leading workstreams on DCOs for NSIPs, advising on compulsory purchase, land assembly, and related powers, and managing day-to-day client relationships while working closely with senior partners.
