The rate per hour: PAYE: £13.45 £17.87 UMB per hour inside IR35

The role

Looking for someone with a customer service background. Successful candidates previously worked in customer service/retail background. The personality side is more important than the admin side. SASK/Leadership Academy reception. Front facing – someone who is cheerful and vibrant. Someone who is confident enough to welcome senior members of staff.

Duties

• Day to day running of either the SASK or Leadership Academy Reception
• Delivering Facility Inductions
• Security to include facility access and escorting external stakeholders
• Dealing with both internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of training demand in the facilities
• Facilities support such as locker management, learner support, desk bookings & checks

Skills

• Ideally 2+ years experience in customer service role
