Marketing AI Training Architect

Obsidian is seeking a hands-on practitioner to design and pressure-test creator and influencer environments. You will design task briefs, specify required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states, and craft reference answers and scoring criteria.

You will review AI agent attempts, judge them against your standards, and help shape evaluation frameworks across tasks such as diagnostic reasoning, prioritization, planning, QA, and multi-tool orchestration.
