Senior IPS Employment Leader & Team Coach

Forward Trust is seeking a Senior Employment Specialist / Team Leader to manage and develop a team delivering Connect to Work across Thanet, Dover, Folkestone and Hythe. You will also carry a small caseload and provide direct employment support to participants.

The role focuses on IPS-based practice, coaching and developing staff, and building strong employer relationships to secure opportunities for clients in the local job market.
