Youth Employability Lead – Field-Based Impact

The King’s Trust is seeking a Youth Development Lead to support young people across the East Midlands, delivering employability sessions and one-to-one guidance with care and style. This 35-hour-per-week role is a fixed-term contract to September 2028, involving travel and in-person delivery to maximise positive youth outcomes.
