SEN Learning Support Assistant – Post-16, Term-Time

Dovetail & Slate Ltd is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help post-16 learners with additional needs access their programmes and build confidence. You will work within a supportive team to create an inclusive learning environment and adapt support to individual needs.

The role is term-time only (44 weeks) with specific hours, focusing on learners with EHCPs and a calm, patient approach. Prior SEN training is valued, and GCSEs in Maths/English are required.
