SEN Learning Support Assistant — 1:1 & Small Groups

Remedy Education in Harlow is seeking a patient SEN Teaching Assistant to support both primary and secondary students with a range of needs. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to aid communication, regulation and engagement across lessons.

The role follows EHCP targets, may involve personal care, and requires collaboration with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals to create a calm, structured learning environment that nurtures independence and confidence.
