SEND Learning Support Assistant – Term-Time Impact Role

YMCA East Surrey is seeking a caring and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join the CYP – Disability Services team in Reigate. The role supports learners with disabilities in an Alternative Education provision with a person-centred timetable.

The position is part-time, term-time (39 weeks) starting September 2026. Training in behaviour management, safeguarding, and health needs is required or will be provided, with duties covering learning support, safety, and wellbeing.
